Make it a system

Publish consistently without relying on feeling inspired.
Consistency beats brilliance
An occasional excellent post loses to a steady stream of good ones, because the audience never forms in the first case. The constraint is almost never writing ability — it is that you have nothing queued when the time comes.
Separate the three jobs
Capturing, drafting and editing are different work and pull against each other. Do them together and each one suffers.
Capture continuously — a running note of moments, numbers, arguments, questions people ask you. Ten seconds each.
Draft in one batch, from the capture list, with your templates.
Edit separately, ideally not the same day.
Most people try to do all three at once at the moment of publishing, which is why it feels hard.
The capture list is the whole system
If the list is full, drafting is easy. If it is empty, no prompt will save you.
Best sources: questions people actually ask you, things that annoyed you this week, a number that surprised you, something you changed your mind about, and anything you explained twice.

Interview me to build a content capture list. Ask about: questions people asked me recently, things that annoyed me at work this week, any number that surprised me, anything I changed my mind about, and anything I have explained more than once. Ask one question at a time and follow up when an answer is vague. At the end, give me a table: idea, which angle type it fits, what format suits it, and how ready it is to write (ready now / needs one detail / needs research). Order it so the "ready now" ones come first.
What a good result looks like
You should finish with at least six ideas and two you could write today. Keep the table somewhere you will add to it.
