LESSON 5 OF 5

Deliver faster without dropping quality

BY THE END OF THIS LESSON

Build a delivery process where AI does the volume and you do the judgement.

Split the work by what it needs

Give AI the volume work: first drafts, formatting, summarising the call, producing five variations, restructuring.

Keep for yourself: whether it is any good, whether it is true, whether it is right for this client, and the final read. That division is the whole method.

The client-context file

Keep one document per client: their voice, their audience, words they hate, facts about their business, past feedback. Paste it at the top of every prompt for that client.

This is what makes the third project for a client faster than the first, and it compounds. Without it, every project starts from zero.

Never ship the first draft

The temptation when a draft looks good is to send it. Do not. The value you are being paid for is judgement, and judgement happens on the edit.

A practical rule: if you would not have written that sentence yourself, change it or cut it. Everything you ship should be something you would defend in a room with the client.

WORKED EXAMPLE

STARTING COLD EACH TIME

"Write four LinkedIn posts for my client based on this transcript."

WITH CLIENT CONTEXT

CLIENT CONTEXT — apply to everything below: Voice: first person, short sentences, dry. Founder-led. Audience: warehouse ops managers, not technical. Never: "excited to announce", exclamation marks, the word "solution". Facts: 40 customers, founded 2021, no funding raised. Past feedback: "too polished, sounds like a brochure". TASK: four LinkedIn posts from the transcript below. Each must come from a different claim in the transcript — do not write four versions of the same point.

The context block is written once and reused for every project with that client. "Too polished, sounds like a brochure" is real feedback that would otherwise be relearned the hard way each time.

YOUR TURN

Build a reusable context file for your best client.

RUN THIS

Help me build a client context file I can paste at the top of every prompt for one client. Ask me about: their voice, their audience, words or phrases they dislike, hard facts about their business, and any feedback they have given me on past work. Then produce it as a compact block under 200 words, and tell me which piece of information would most improve the output if I went and found it.

What a good result looks like

Past feedback is the highest-value section — it encodes mistakes you have already paid for once.

KNOWLEDGE CHECK

Answer all 3 correctly to complete this lesson.

  1. 1. What should stay with you rather than the model?

  2. 2. What does a client context file do for you over time?

  3. 3. What is the rule for shipping a draft?

REMEMBER THIS

AI does the volume, you do the judgement — and keep a context file per client.
